Your Responsibilities
-------------------------

Here is an overview of your key tasks and daily responsibilities.

• You independently develop the software for Siemens SIMATIC controllers in TIA Portal and also take ownership of the visualization (HMI) for our automation platforms.


• You commission the systems on your own, primarily in\-house, and create the corresponding documentation.


• You implement new functions in existing software and independently carry out system and integration tests.


• With your input and creativity, you help us continuously advance our modular robotics platform, the MicroFactory Ecosystem.


• You pass your know\-how on to less experienced colleagues and act as their mentor when questions come up.


• As an integral part of our software development team, you work closely with a wide range of internal departments toward shared project success.

The skills, experience, and mindset we are looking for.

• Whether you trained as an electrical engineer, mechatronics technician, or automation technician: you recognized early on that the future of production lies in automation, and that is where you have gained several years of professional experience.


• You have a passion for current robotics and vision technologies and want to actively shape the transformation toward Industry 4\.0, bringing in your own creative and innovative ideas.


• Alongside German and English, you are proficient in Siemens SIMATIC TIA controllers and have a solid grounding in electrical engineering.


• You like both: desk work and hands\-on work at the machine, programming offline and online.


• Your colleagues value you as a problem solver and a team player.


• You are open and communicative, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with others.
