Are you excited by the opportunity to shape the platform behind mission\-critical RegTech SaaS solutions used by financial institutions? Join our RegTech team and help us scale the reliability, resilience and delivery capacity of our Transaction Cost Analysis, Best Execution and Trade Surveillance platforms.

We are evolving towards an AI\-augmented engineering model, where software delivery becomes faster and platform governance, automation, observability and security become even more important. In this role, you will work peer\-to\-peer with senior engineers to make sure our platform can safely support that next level of change.

What You Will Do
--------------------

• Co\-own the RegTech platform across Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, Linux systems, databases, observability and release processes.


• Design and improve scalable, secure and repeatable infrastructure for production and non\-production environments.


• Strengthen deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident response capabilities.


• Drive platform improvements around resilience, performance, security, vulnerability management and compliance readiness.


• Collaborate with software engineering, support and product teams to turn operational risks into structural improvements.


• Promote documentation, automation and knowledge sharing to reduce key\-person dependency.

• Strong hands\-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, CI/CD, containers and automation.


• Solid understanding of distributed systems, databases, networking, security and production failure modes.


• Experience operating business\-critical platforms in regulated, financial or high\-assurance environments.


• Good judgment: you know when to move fast, when to simplify and when to challenge a risky change.


• A collaborative mindset and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
