Platform Engineer

<p>At Quadrature, we're building the ultimate automated trading system: one that ingests data, forms views, executes in the market, and learns from the result to get better and faster. Every component - research infrastructure, low-latency stream processing, distributed data systems, trade execution, observability - is part of that system. <p>Platform Engineers run the internal developer platform that powers Quadrature's business-critical applications, giving engineering teams self-service tools to ship and operate their systems reliably.</p>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production: administration, operations, and application deployment. </li>
<li>Solid grounding in Linux and networking fundamentals, with proficiency in Go or Python. </li>
<li>A track record of leading complex technical projects end-to-end: from requirements and architecture through to implementation and delivery. </li>
<li>Proficiency with GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, and modern observability stacks.</li>
<li>A pragmatic, adaptable mindset - equally comfortable building global infrastructure, advising other teams, and bringing in new tools and ideas where they add value.</li>
