Mission:
As a Platform Engineer, your mission will be to build and evolve the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations that enable engineering teams to deliver faster, safer, and more reliably.
You will play a key role in creating a scalable platform that empowers developers, supports business growth, and establishes engineering best practices across the organization.
This is a high\-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across the company.
The Role:
You will be part of a cross\-functional Platform Team responsible for the shared services used across the entire engineering organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure within AWS environments.
- Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
- Enhancing observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practices.
- Supporting the evolution of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Collaborating with Data and AI teams on DataOps and MLOps initiatives.
- Improving security, compliance, and operational resilience across systems.
- Developing shared platform services and internal tooling used by multiple teams.
- Acting as a technical partner for Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders.
- Promoting DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices across the organization.
- 5\+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong experience working with AWS and cloud\-native environments.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands\-on experience with Terraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Strong scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience working with APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A mindset focused on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other high\-growth technology environments.
- Exposure to DataOps, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or Machine Learning platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
- AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
- Experience building Internal Developer Platforms or developer productivity tooling.
- Experience leading cross\-functional technical initiatives.
