Enrich Environmental Limited is a dynamic and innovative resource recovery company currently setting up a new operation focused on transforming recycled materials into high\-quality plastic products. Our mission is to deliver sustainable, cost\-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. As we build our operations, we are seeking an experienced manufacturing professionalto lead the operation through startup, scale\-up, and long\-term growth.

Position

As Plastic Recycling Manager you will be responsible for our plastics recycling and manufacturing operations, including, processing, production, quality, and team leadership. Manufacturing experience is essential and a strong understanding of recycled plastics and polymer processing is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Operations \& Manufacturing

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of operations and manufacturing.

  • Establish and optimize all equipment and processes to ensure consistent material and product quality

  • Plan and manage all aspects of material streams and finished goods.

  • Ensure environmental, safety, quality and cost targets are met.
People \& Culture
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high\-performing operations and production team

  • Establish a strong team culture focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Financial Management
  • Own the operating budget, forecasting, and cost management

  • Partner with senior management on capital investments and resource planning
Customer \& Quality Focus
  • Work closely with sales team to understand product requirements and performance expectations

  • Address quality issues, technical challenges, and continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 7–10\+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Proven experience managing operations, budgets, and teams

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards

  • Demonstrated ability to build structure and systems in a growing or startup environment

  • Excellent communication and cross\-functional leadership abilities
Preferred
  • Knowledge of polymers and plastics manufacture

  • Experience in managing a recycling operation

  • Experience launching or scaling a manufacturing operation
