As Plant Manager you will:

  • Lead and optimise day-to-day plant operations, from order entry through to product delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive performance using clear KPIs, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving to boost output and consistency.

  • Own site P&L, budgets, and financial performance, translating operational decisions into tangible commercial outcomes.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, health and safety, maintenance, and test.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices, supporting a culture of robust governance.

  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements.

The Plant Manager will bring:
  • Proven senior management experience in manufacturing, with electronics experience considered advantageous.

  • Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and performance targets.

  • A track record of improving performance and profitability through disciplined, data-driven leadership.

  • Ability to drive change management and transformation activities to ensure the site meets corporate objectives and milestones.

  • Confident communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate teams and align stakeholders.

  • Knowledge or practical exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement approaches.

This Plant Manager position plays a critical role in helping the business deliver end-to-end electronics manufacturing services with consistent quality and security. This includes supporting customers across demanding sectors such as medical, aerospace and defence, industrial, oil and gas, telecoms, and IoT, while strengthening a strong operational culture guided by recognised quality and security standards.
