What you'll be doing: • Preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

• Undertaking research and site assessments


• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders


• Supporting senior planners and directors on complex projects


• Playing a key role in shaping planning strategies for a diverse portfolio

About you: • Ideally 1-3 years' experience in a planning role (public or private sector)

• RTPI accredited degree or equivalent


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• A proactive, solution-focused mindset


• A genuine interest in the planning system and how it shapes communities
