Planner

Primary tasks will include:

• Prepare, maintain and follow up on production and capacity plans.


• Plan and coordinate both ongoing and future production.


• Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity, machines, materials and workforce resources.


• Run MRP and ensure material availability.


• Monitor, prioritize and optimize order flow throughout production.


• Reprioritize production orders in accordance with guidelines from Supply Chain Management.


• Analyze capacity challenges and identify bottlenecks.


• Initiate repairs and production preparation activities when needed.


• Coordinate activities across production, purchasing, warehouse, sales and customer service.


• Follow up on production orders, lead times and delivery reliability.


• Maintain master data in the ERP system.


• Prepare KPIs and analyses with a focus on capacity utilization, inventory tied\-up capital and delivery performance.


• Actively contribute to the optimization and standardization of workflows and processes.
