With a team of consultants and regular construction partners, you provide advice on implementing sustainability measures for the current rental housing stock. You serve as the primary point of contact within this team and for the client, with whom you build a long\-term relationship. You translate the client's strategy and framework into the best sustainability scenarios. Together with an architect and other consultants, you further develop the chosen scenario into a feasible and financially efficient sustainability plan.

Additionally, you coordinate the various permitting processes and maintain contact with other stakeholders. When your plan is put into execution, you act as a sounding board for the project manager and work planner. You organize improvement sessions in which you evaluate internal collaboration, as well as cooperation with our partners and the client.

What we expect from you

• Completed education in Architecture


• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques


• Work experience with contractors, preferably within renovation and maintenance


• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders


• A proactive attitude and attention to detail


• Skilled in identifying problems early and tracing potential causes

• Permanent employment contract


• Salary €3,000 \- €4,000 gross per month


• Additionally, a profit\-sharing scheme of up to 50%


• Training budget of €2,200 per year for coaching \& study
