Physiotherapist
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalised treatment programmes to improve patients' mobility and overall well being. The position is paid and suitable for both experienced professionals and recent graduates seeking to develop their career in physiotherapy.
This is a self employed Associate Partnership role where you will be paid per patient earning between £15 and £30 per session. This equates to approximately £30\-50 per hour. You will be autonomous with the ability to manage your diary within the agreed hours per day per week.
The clinic hosts a gym which you can use as part of your time with us.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop customised treatment plans.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions using evidence\-based techniques to promote recovery and pain relief.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in physiotherapy practices through continuous professional development.
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy recognised by the appropriate regulatory body.
- Membership with CSP
- Previous experience working with diverse patient groups is desirable but not essential for recent graduates.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients.
- Knowledge of current physiotherapy techniques, equipment, and health \& safety standards.
