About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist who is also a confident Pilates Instructor to join our growing team at The Nest \& Innerspace Wellbeing, based in Hinckley.
This is a blended clinical and movement\-based role, combining 1:1 physiotherapy treatment with group, physio\-led Pilates classes. You will play a key role in supporting clients through rehabilitation, strength, and long\-term wellbeing in a calm and welcoming studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Physiotherapy (at Innerspace Wellbeing – within The Nest)
\- Deliver 1:1 physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions
\- Create individualised rehabilitation and recovery programmes
\- Maintain accurate clinical notes and records
\- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients
\- Work independently while contributing to a consistent clinic experience
Physio\-Led Pilates (The Nest)
\- Deliver safe, engaging, and progressive Pilates classes
\- Adapt movement to suit a range of abilities and conditions
\- Maintain a supportive and inclusive class environment
Classes include:
\- Over 60s Pilates: Monday \& Thursday, 10:00am–11:00am
\- General Pilates: Wednesday, 6:00pm\-7:00pm and Friday, 7:15pm–8:15pm
Working Hours
Monday \& Thursday (Physio \+ Pilates Days)
\- 9:00–9:45 – Physiotherapy
\- 10:00–11:00 – Over 60s pilates
\- 11:15–2:45 – Physiotherapy (and lunch break)
Wednesday evening
\- 6:00pm\-7:00pm and Friday, 7:15pm–8:15pm
Friday (Pilates)
\- Friday 9:30–10:30 – General Pilates
Pay
\- Physiotherapy: £17 per hour
\- Pilates classes: £30 per class
Requirements
Essential
\- Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration
\- Level 3 Pilates teaching qualification (mat\-based minimum)
\- Experience working with a range of clients, including older adults
\- Confident managing a mixed clinical and group class workload
\- Warm, personable, and professional approach
\- Strong communication and client care skills
Desirable
\- Experience in physio\-led Pilates or rehab\-based movement classes
\- Interest in long\-term wellbeing, strength, and preventative care
\- Ability to work independently within a small, growing team
About Us
The Nest is a wellness space in Hinckley, offering yoga, Pilates, and a growing programme of wellbeing events designed to support movement, connection, and community. It is a space built around high\-quality teaching and accessible, feel\-good movement experiences for a wide range of people.
Innerspace Wellbeing is a massage service based within The Nest. With this role, we are introducing and building out our physiotherapy offering for the first time, with the intention of growing this side of the business to sit naturally alongside our existing holistic and self\-care focused approach. The aim is to create a service that supports people not just in recovery, but in feeling stronger, more resilient, and more connected to their bodies long term.
With Pilates already well established at The Nest, this role also provides the opportunity to elevate those sessions into physio\-led Pilates, strengthening the link between movement, prevention, and wellbeing. Together, The Nest and Innerspace Wellbeing are designed to work in harmony, offering an integrated approach that brings movement, care, and self\-development into one cohesive space.
