Build your clinical skills. Work with a sporting population. Make a genuine difference to patients.

We’re looking for an Osteopath, Physiotherapist or Chiropractor to join our growing MSK clinic.
This role would suit someone who is ambitious clinically, enjoys working with people who want to get back to sport and activity, and wants to continue developing rather than simply turning up, treating patients and going home.

You don't need to be the finished product.

You do need to be curious, coachable and willing to ask questions, seek feedback and continually improve.

Is this you?

  • You want to develop your clinical skills within a sporting/MSK population.

  • You want to help patients get back to the activities and sport they enjoy.

  • You’re interested in understanding the bigger picture rather than simply providing a quick fix.

  • You’re comfortable managing patients through their recovery and, where clinically appropriate, supporting their longer\-term needs.

  • You take responsibility for your patients and your own development.

  • You’re willing to ask for help when you're unsure.

  • You want to work somewhere you can grow.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

The Clinic
Our vision is simple:

To provide goal\-oriented musculoskeletal care that helps clients get back to their chosen activity or sport, while also supporting effective pain management.

Our values are:

Honesty Accountability Self\-Driven Positive Attitude

The clinic has been established for over 7 years and is now at the stage where we’re looking to bring another clinician into the team.

I’ve worked across both private practice and the NHS, including private clinics such as Revitalize in Gravesend and the MSK unit at Horsham Hospital.

I’m now looking to reduce some of my clinical hours so I can focus on other areas of the business while creating an opportunity for another clinician to develop within the clinic.

Clinical Development

One of the biggest priorities for us is helping clinicians continue to develop.

If you have less than 5 years' post\-graduate experience, you’ll receive:

  • Weekly 1:1 mentoring

  • Ongoing clinical guidance

  • Support with assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning

  • Help understanding where your skills fit within the wider MSK framework

  • Support whenever you’re unsure about a patient or clinical decision

  • A clear progression path as your experience and contribution grows
You’re not expected to know everything.

You are expected to be willing to learn, take feedback and ask for help when you need it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high\-quality assessments, treatments and management plans.

  • Manage your patient list and monitor patient progress.

  • Work towards patient\-centred goals and outcomes.

  • Communicate clearly with patients and the wider team.

  • Maintain a professional, welcoming clinic environment.

  • Arrive punctual and appropriately dressed.

  • Take responsibility for your own clinical development.
Compensation

Less than 5 years' post\-graduate experience: 45–50% split

5\+ years' post\-graduate experience: 50–55% split

There is also the opportunity for your percentage to increase over time as you develop your experience and contribution within the clinic.

What We Take Care Of

We want you to focus on what you do best looking after patients.

The clinic provides:

  • Administration, including bookings and billing

  • Marketing to attract and retain patients

  • Modern treatment rooms and equipment

  • A supportive clinical environment

  • Ongoing development and mentoring

  • Long\-term progression opportunities
Requirements
  • Fully qualified and registered with the relevant professional body (e.g. GOsC, HCPC or GCC).

  • Professional indemnity insurance.

  • Strong interest in patient\-centred MSK care.

  • Ability to empathise and work towards patient goals.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Positive and approachable manner.

  • Punctual, reliable and accountable.

  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Desirable
  • Interest or experience in social media and content creation.

  • Experience working with a sporting population.
If you're looking for somewhere you can continue to develop clinically, work with an active patient population and become part of a growing clinic, we'd love to hear from you
