RedCloud seeks a Physical Security Area Delivery Manager, EMEA to support immediate client operations.

Location: EMEA (Remote). Regional travel as needed for key delivery milestones, escalations, and commissioning/acceptance events.

Overview:

The Area Delivery Manager (ADM) is accountable for regional delivery outcomes for physical security systems (e.g., access control and CCTV) across a portfolio of data center construction projects. The ADM leads a team of 5–6 Security Project Engineers (SPEs) and provides the governance, escalation leadership, and standardization required to deliver systems on time, to quality/standards, and ready for commissioning, acceptance, and operational turnover. The ADM provides schedule and quality governance and delivers budget protection through early risk identification and disciplined change control.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Regional delivery governance (schedule \& predictability): Establish and run the regional delivery cadence (progress reviews, milestone tracking, risk/issue reviews) to keep security scope aligned with construction schedules; maintain an area\-level view of constraints and dependencies and drive mitigations early. Escalate concerns and provide mitigations to regional client leadership as required.

  • People leadership (SPE team): Manage SPE performance, coaching, and development; ensure consistent onboarding and playbook adoption; balance capacity and coverage across the region so SPEs remain focused on on\-site execution while ADM owns regional governance and escalations.

  • Escalation leadership \& decision closure: Serve as the senior escalation point for cross\-metro blockers, including security\-related RFIs and systemic delivery issues; drive decision closure with DCS, design/SMEs, SecOps, and vendors when conflicts arise around standards, readiness, or schedule impacts.

  • Quality governance \& standards consistency: Own regional quality governance for security delivery (quality gates, inspection expectations, defect triage, corrective actions); ensure consistent application of design standards and turnover readiness methods across metros; identify recurring quality escapes and implement systemic fixes.

  • Commissioning / acceptance governance (program\-level): Provide governance for commissioning and acceptance readiness across the portfolio, ensuring prerequisites, sequencing, and evidence expectations are defined and tracked; ensure discipline on punch list aging/closure and turnover package completeness to support predictable SecOps acceptance.

  • Vendor \& partner performance (regional): Reinforce consistent vendor orientation, expectations, and accountability across metros; identify performance trends (quality escapes, schedule slippage drivers, responsiveness) and drive corrective actions. Provide vendor feedback to suppliers of client.

  • Budget governance (not ownership): Provide budget protection through early identification/escalation of cost drivers (rework, late changes, readiness gaps) and by enforcing disciplined change hygiene on deviations/RFIs; support readiness tracking for owner\-furnished security hardware timing risks as applicable.

  • Drive process improvements with client internal teams.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • 7\+ years in physical security systems delivery and/or critical infrastructure delivery in complex construction environments (data centers preferred).

  • Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and delivery lifecycle (access control, CCTV, commissioning/acceptance, turnover documentation discipline).

  • Proven experience running delivery governance rhythms (milestones, risk/issue management, escalation leadership) across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience managing technical delivery/field execution teams.

  • Strong cross\-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence DCS, vendors (SIs/GCs), and internal security/operations stakeholders to drive outcomes.
