<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>Pulse Nursing Agency is currently recruiting <strong>experienced Phlebotomists and Healthcare Assistants</strong> to support an exciting national research initiative – the <strong>Our Future Health Project</strong> in Brighton.</p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a large-scale healthcare programme while working flexible shifts and earning competitive rates.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay Rates</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Monday to Friday:</strong> £18.00 per hour</li>
<li><strong>Saturday:</strong> £20.96 per hour</li>
<li><strong>Sunday &amp; Bank Holidays:</strong> £25.78 per hour</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p>As a Phlebotomist/HCA, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out <strong>POCT testing</strong>, including cholesterol checks</li>
<li>Record <strong>height, weight, waist measurements, blood pressure, and heart rate</strong></li>
<li>Perform <strong>venepuncture (2 samples per participant)</strong>, ensuring correct labelling and storage</li>
<li>Accurately <strong>record patient data on the system</strong></li>
<li>Monitor participant wellbeing throughout appointments and <strong>escalate concerns appropriately</strong></li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<p>To be considered, you must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>A <strong>Phlebotomy Certificate</strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum 12 months’ experience</strong> in blood collection</li>
<li>Experience taking <strong>patient observations (vital signs)</strong></li>
<li>Strong <strong>patient care and communication skills</strong></li>
<li><strong>Right to Work in the UK</strong></li>
</ul>
