We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our McCauley Poppyfields.
This is a 32\-hour permanent position with the store's opening hours operating between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The team currently comprises a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, a Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief Pharmacist and 3 Technicians.

- To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
- Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
- Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
- Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
- Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
- Experience with McLernons MPS (an advantage).
- IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies an advantage
