You will play a key role in driving the growth of Opella’s portfolio within a defined network of pharmacies. By building strong partnerships, translating commercial strategy into action, and identifying opportunities at store level, you will help accelerate sell\-out performance and strengthen our market presence.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to pharmacy teams, combining commercial insight with a customer\-focused approach to unlock sustainable growth. Your contribution will directly support Opella’s ambition to make self\-care simpler, smarter, and more accessible.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen brand performance and visibility in your territory.
- Build meaningful partnerships with pharmacy teams to support mutual growth.
- Use insights and data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Contribute to a culture that values simplicity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Support the execution of commercial strategies aligned with marketing and trade plans.
- Manage a defined network of pharmacies, planning visits based on segmentation and priorities.
- Execute commercial plans, including negotiations and direct sales activities, in line with agreed policies and targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans at pharmacy level.
- Train pharmacy staff on Opella products to support recommendation and engagement with consumers.
- Build and maintain trust\-based relationships with customers, acting as their advisor on category growth.
- Ensure strong in\-store execution, including visibility, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Experience in sales within pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or healthcare retail sectors, with a track record of delivering results.
- Residence: Lisboa e Santarém
- Education – bachelor’s/master’s degree in business or scientific field.
- Strong relationship\-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Analytical mindset, using data to identify opportunities and guide decisions. Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems and Microsoft Office).
- Well\-organized and able to manage priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
- Resilient and proactive, with a solution\-oriented approach to challenges.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English (written and spoken).
