Key Responsibilities

• Skincare \& Beauty Consultations: Provide expert advice on over\-the\-counter skincare, dermo\-cosmetics, and beauty brands, matching products to individual customer needs.


• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, helpful service at the front of shop, assisting customers with general over\-the\-counter (OTC) healthcare queries.


• Retail \& Till Operations: Process transactions accurately, manage POS systems, and handle cash/card payments efficiently.


• Merchandising \& Inventory: Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards across front\-of\-shop and beauty stands, and assist with stock control and rotation.


• Pharmacy Support: Receive prescription drop\-offs at the OTC counter and relay customer information to the pharmacist when necessary.

• Experience Required: Minimum 1\+ years of retail sales experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics (dermo\-cosmetic or pharmacy setting preferred).


• Strong knowledge of skin types, ingredients, and skincare routines.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer\-first mindset.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast\-paced retail environment.


• Previous OTC or pharmacy front\-of\-shop experience is a distinct advantage.

• Work Type: Part\-Time (approx. \[e.g., 16–24] hours per week).


• Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including \[weekends / peak afternoon hours].
