Duties

• Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, providing guidance to patients on proper usage.


• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed, including inventory management and stock control.


• Compliance:Adhering to health and safety requirements, company policies, and procedures, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


• Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering advice on over\-the\-counter medications.


• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.


• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.


• Professionalism:Working within the limits of one's knowledge and referring appropriate queries to the pharmacist.

• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with pharmacy operations.


• Proficient in medication administration, with a keen understanding of various pharmaceutical products.


• Strong commitment to patient care, showcasing empathy and effective communication skills.


• Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for managing prescriptions accurately.
