About the role

This isn't your typical Dispenser role. Pill Sphere is one of the UK's most innovative digital healthcare providers, and we're looking for a Dispenser who wants more than a 9–5 — someone curious, switched\-on, and ready to be part of a tight\-knit team supporting cutting\-edge clinical services and making a real impact every day.

Ours is a fast\-paced environment: as a growing digital pharmacy, order volumes can be high and priorities shift throughout the day. You'll need to work quickly without compromising on accuracy or patient safety, stay organised when juggling multiple orders, and adapt as new services and processes are introduced. Responsibilities

• Processing clinic, online pharmacy, and OTC orders accurately — picking, packing, and dispensing prescription medicines using our PMR system


• Collecting, recording, and reviewing patient information


• Referring clinical queries to the Responsible Pharmacist when needed


• Recording near misses and supporting corrective and preventive actions


• Communicating professionally with patients and colleagues via email, chat, video calls, and telephone as part of our digital pharmacy service


• Supporting stock management alongside the Pharmacy Operations Manager and undertaking other duties as required to support the team

You'll be eligible to enrol on our company\-sponsored NVQ Level 3 for Pharmacy Technicians, with protected training time and a dedicated tutor — a clear, funded pathway to becoming a registered Pharmacy Technician.

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box — what matters most is your attitude. We're seeking someone excited to learn, confident using tech, and ready to grow fast.

Ideally, you will:

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services/Dispensing or an equivalent qualification (required)


• Be an experienced dispenser, confident using pharmacy PMR systems and able to manage common risks such as picking errors


• Understand how some medications can be misused and know how to implement safeguards to prevent this


• Have a genuine interest in modern healthcare, including weight\-management treatments such as Mounjaro and Wegovy


• Be comfortable working with cloud\-based IT systems on a PC (full training provided on our specific systems)


• Be committed to ongoing professional development, happy to complete further training and CPD courses as the business evolves


• Thrive in a fast\-paced environment, staying calm, accurate, and organised during busy periods
