Part\-Time / Full\-Time Front Counter Assistant

Join our friendly pharmacy team!

We are looking for a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic Front Counter Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied customer\-facing role where you’ll play an important part in helping our patients and keeping the pharmacy running smoothly. Previous pharmacy experience is not essential — we are looking for someone with the right attitude, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging with patients in a friendly and professional manner


• Helping patients with their healthcare and medical needs, within your role and training


• Serving customers at the pharmacy counter


• Putting prescriptions away accurately and efficiently


• Supporting the team with sales and retail enquiries


• Chasing up outstanding items, orders and enquiries


• Ordering stock and helping maintain appropriate stock levels


• Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented


• Supporting the general day\-to\-day running of the pharmacy


• Working as part of a friendly team to provide excellent patient care

Pharmacy experience is not required, as full training and support will be provided.
