Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists with the accurate preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory organisation
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and advice on over\-the\-counter products
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle information confidentially
- Assist with prescription processing and general administrative tasks
- Follow all health, safety, and pharmacy procedures
- Work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support patient care
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service experience is desirable
- Good understanding of pharmacy operations and medication handling
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional, dependable, and committed to high standards of patient care
- Pharmacy or healthcare qualifications are beneficial but not essential
