Pharmacy Manager – Highem Pharmacy

Highem Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and driven Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding patient care within our community.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated pharmacist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a permanent pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing NHS pharmacy services, delivering a wide range of private services, and ensuring exceptional patient care, as well as overseeing pharmacy operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day\-to\-day operations of the pharmacy


• Provide a full range of NHS and private pharmacy services


• Ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medications


• Deliver high\-quality patient consultations and care


• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve goals and targets


• Support, motivate, and effectively utilise the team to drive performance and service quality


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

• GPhC\-registered pharmacist (newly qualified pharmacists are welcome to apply)


• Strong communication and patient care skills


• Ability to work effectively within a team and lead by example
