Pharmacist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert advice to patients, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Duties

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with medical orders and legal requirements


• Provide expert advice to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions


• Monitor patient medication therapies, ensuring safety and efficacy


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans


• Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, medication inventories, and patient interactions


• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper storage of pharmaceuticals


• Educate patients on health topics, including medication administration techniques and lifestyle modifications

• Qualified Pharmacist registration with GpHC


• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to service delivery


• Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of drug interactions


• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams


• Organised, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently


• Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up\-to\-date knowledge of pharmaceutical advancements
