About Us
Propharma\-UK Ltd is a UK pharmaceutical wholesaler supplying licensed medicines, vaccines and healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics and healthcare businesses across the UK.
We work with independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, clinics and healthcare providers, supporting them with access to selected medicines, vaccines, high\-demand lines and wholesale supply opportunities.
We are now looking for a confident and commercially focused Pharmacy Sales Executive to help us develop new pharmacy accounts, generate buying opportunities and build long\-term customer relationships.
About the Role
This is a proactive outbound sales role focused on speaking with UK pharmacies and healthcare businesses.
The role will involve calling pharmacies, identifying buying needs, introducing Propharma\-UK Ltd, opening new accounts, sending pricing where appropriate, following up leads and helping convert enquiries into orders.
The main areas of focus will include:
- Mounjaro / GLP\-1 pharmacy supply
- Routine, travel and seasonal vaccines
- Flu vaccine pre\-orders
- Wholesale generic medicines
- Shortage lines and selected medicine offers
- Pharmacy group buyer relationships
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups and healthcare businesses
- Introducing Propharma\-UK Ltd and the products/services we can support with
- Identifying whether pharmacies are currently buying Mounjaro or other high\-demand medicines
- Asking who pharmacies currently buy from and whether they need alternative supply support
- Sending account registration forms and following up until completed
- Promoting routine, travel and seasonal vaccine supply, including flu, Rabies and Ixiaro
- Identifying pharmacies still considering flu vaccine pre\-orders
- Finding the correct buyer or decision\-maker within pharmacies and pharmacy groups
- Building relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, buyers and responsible staff
- Sending price lists, product offers and follow\-up emails
- Recording all calls, notes, follow\-ups and outcomes accurately
- Maintaining a clear pipeline of warm leads and buying opportunities
- Chasing outstanding registration forms, pricing enquiries and potential orders
- Supporting weekly wholesale medicine and generic product campaigns
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident on the phone
- Comfortable making outbound B2B sales calls
- Commercially minded and target\-focused
- Able to ask direct but professional sales questions
- Persistent with follow\-ups
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to keep clear CRM/spreadsheet notes
- Professional when speaking to pharmacies and healthcare businesses
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to handle objections and keep conversations moving
- Focused on generating measurable sales outcomes, not just sending information

Requirements
You will need
- Good telephone manner

- Previous outbound sales or telesales experience preferred
