We are currently supporting the recruitment of a Pharmaceutical Process Expert for an 18 month fixed term contract with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation.

About the Role

  • Provide day to day technical support to manufacturing operations.

  • Lead and support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.

  • Review manufacturing documentation and batch records to support product release.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and efficiency.

  • Conduct risk assessments and support GMP compliance activities.

  • Analyse manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support cross functional projects and operational excellence initiatives.

  • Develop and update SOPs, batch records, and other GMP documentation.

  • Coach and support manufacturing teams on processes, investigations, and best practices.

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert during audits and inspections.

Required Experience
  • GMP manufacturing, production, or quality experience.

  • Experience with investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls.

  • Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams.

Preferred Experience
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

  • Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence exposure.

  • Audit and inspection experience.

  • Experience with SAP, Veeva, or similar systems.
