WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Real estate valuation analysis \& cash flow modeling
- Market research
- Technical and CapEx analysis
- Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
- Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
- Support due diligence processes and deal execution

- Student from a leading business school or university
- Previous internship experience in real estate equity or investment banking
- Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency with Excel \& PowerPoint
- Excellent English and German working proficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately
- Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts
- Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Self\-starter with ability to work independently while communicating frequently
