Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Pest Control Sales \& Operations Manager.

The Role

This is a key position combining high\-level sales expertise with operational leadership. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of pest control technicians to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the pest control sector

· Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients

· Prepare and deliver competitive quotes and service proposals

· Manage and support a team of pest control technicians, ensuring high performance and service standards

· Schedule and coordinate works, ensuring efficient use of resources

· Conduct site visits (primarily London\-based, with some nationwide travel)

· Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and team productivity

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

About You

· Proven experience in pest control sales (essential)

· Strong leadership or team management experience

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets

· Good organizational and problem\-solving skills

· Full UK Driving Licence

· RSPH Level 2
