What will you do as a Staff Planner?
----------------------------------------

As a Staff Planner, you are an important link in our services. You ensure that customers receive the support that suits them and that caregivers have a clear, workable and balanced schedule.

You know the needs of customers, understand the availability and qualities of caregivers and know how to connect them as well as possible. In doing so, you take into account continuity, quality, the Working Time Act and a healthy work\-life balance.

Your tasks and responsibilities
-----------------------------------

• You set up work schedules periodically and keep them up to date in the schedule system.


• You solve outstanding services and switch quickly when the schedule changes.


• You make a customer\-focused schedule in which the right caregiver is deployed at the right time.


• You process changes in services, availability and care arrangements.


• You maintain contact with caregivers and know what is going on in the team.


• You contribute ideas about efficient and stable planning for customers and colleagues.


• If applicable, you participate in a rotating telephone accessibility service outside office hours.

You are positive, service\-oriented and keep an overview when a lot is happening at the same time. You think in terms of solutions, stay calm under pressure and know how to keep in touch with customers, carers and caregivers in a pleasant way.

You have a good sense of what people need and know how to stay clear and professional at the same time. You work independently, take the initiative and are happy to help you think about how things can be better.

In addition, we ask

• MBO\+ or HBO work and thinking level.


• Experience with planning, scheduling, organizing or a background in HR/staff planning.


• Affinity with care, services or hospitality.


• Skill with systems; experience with ONS Nedap is an advantage.


• An accurate and solution\-oriented way of working.


• Living in the area ofWanroij.

• A good salary in accordance with the VVT collective agreement, FWG 40\.
