- Manage, mentor, and develop the tax team, driving performance and aligning with firm values
- Oversee technical accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk on client work
- Drive growth through proposals, networking, seminars, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Represent the firm’s values, collaborate across teams, and support marketing and recruitment efforts
