PERSONAL / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Part\-Time \| Hybrid \| Grafenwöhr / Vilseck Area

We are looking for a reliable, intelligent, and highly organized woman to assist our female CEO in both business and day\-to\-day life operations. This is a unique role supporting a busy entrepreneur, property manager, and mother managing multiple businesses and properties in the area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being helpful, takes initiative naturally, communicates well, and finds satisfaction in keeping life running smoothly behind the scenes.

The right person is calm under pressure, proactive, discreet, adaptable, and genuinely dependable.

This is not a highly corporate environment — it is warm, feminine, fast\-moving at times, and requires someone who can switch easily between professional tasks and practical day\-to\-day support.

Examples of tasks may include:

  • Calendar management \& appointment scheduling

  • Email and administrative support

  • Running errands and coordinating returns/pickups

  • Property management assistance \& vendor coordination

  • Household logistical support

  • Helping keep schedules, reminders, and priorities on track

  • Occasionally accompanying to appointments or assisting with childcare logistics

  • Assisting with light event planning and miscellaneous operational tasks

  • Solving small problems before they become bigger ones

Requirements


  • Must speak English and German

  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Must be comfortable with flexible hours and occasional weekend availability

  • Must be proficient with Google Drive, email, and basic office programs

  • Must be local to the Grafenwöhr / Vilseck area

  • Must be highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently
