Job Overview
We are seeking a Fee Earner to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dealing with personal injury and experience of handling their own caseload. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and a commitment to providing advice to clients . The Fee Earner will be responsible for overseeing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Duties
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up\-to\-date.
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for case preparation.
- Working on OIC and MOJ Portal.
- Draft legal documents, review medical records, provide written advice to clients.
- Dealing with the Courts.
- Possess an eye for detail.
- Provide support to Solicitors.
- Proven experience in a legal environment with a focus on case management or paralegal duties.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury and the OIC and MOJ portals.
- Familiarity with Proclaim or similar case management software is preferred.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
