• Drive clients safely to appointments, errands, or social activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols


• Maintain clear communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs and progress


• Document care activities accurately using IT systems and update care plans as necessary


• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns promptly to supervisors or medical staff

Requirements

• Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home care duties


• Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate


• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual client needs


• Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members


• Basic IT skills for documentation and updating care records accurately


• Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and patience


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
