Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly organised Personal Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur and professional with multiple business interests and a busy personal schedule.
The Founder manages several ventures and requires a proactive, polished, and discreet PA to provide comprehensive support across business and personal affairs. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring exceptional diary management, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with high-profile individuals, managing competing priorities, and operating with complete discretion and professionalism.
A temporary candidate who is immediately available and able to travel internationally at short notice may be considered, while candidates on up to a one-month notice period will also be reviewed for the permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple calendars
- Inbox and correspondence management across several business operations
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, events, and collaborations
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Managing ad hoc administrative projects
- Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Founder
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across business and personal commitments
- Providing proactive support and anticipating requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, or senior executives
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, confident, and discreet
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern productivity tools
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including VIPs and high-profile individuals
- Hybrid working arrangement: split between the Founder’s residence, office location, and one day per week working remotely
- UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally when required
- International travel is generally limited to approximately less than once per month
