Personal Assistant/Support Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant/Support Worker to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, and promote independence within their home. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with household tasks such as preparing meals, light cleaning, shopping


• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing


• Help organise activities that promote social engagement


• Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required, ensuring safe transportation


• Communicate effectively with clients, and families

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential


• Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely is required


• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written


• Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules

Pay: £13\.50 per hour
