Job Reference: JH/MC/Ellesmere

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Responsible to: Directly accountable to and taking direction from the employer and the employer’s representative (Mum)

Hours: 3 hours per day across 7 days (job share available)

Work Pattern: Mornings

Hourly Rate of Pay: £15\.00 per hour

Based at: Employer’s own home in Ellesmere, Shropshire

Job Purpose

To provide personal care each morning for young man aged 16 after a SCI (Spinal Cord Injury). Assistance with showering dressing and bowel management. Based in family home environment.

Special Conditions

This post is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check at the Employers request prior to commencing employment. This is confidential and at no cost to yourself. The post carries a 3 month’s probationary period.
