Personal Assistant

COCO FLO LTD is looking for a proactive, organised, and personable Personal Assistant to support the day\-to\-day running of photography, social media content, inventory, and personal brand operations.

This is a varied and hands\-on role, providing support across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Vinted, and personal brand activities. You will assist with content shoots at home, in studios, outdoors, and potentially at locations both within the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with different people, adaptable to new environments, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You should have a strong understanding of social media and a good eye for detail, particularly when assisting with photography and video content.

You will also support with organising clothing for Vinted, managing personal brand inventory, preparing and packing orders, and helping to streamline day\-to\-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment, content creation, fashion, social media, and working behind the scenes to help a personal brand grow.

Key Requirements

• Must be based in London


• Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends (Monday–Sunday)


• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours depending on shoots and business requirements


• Willingness to sign a Non\-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)


• Excellent spoken and written English


• Confident, professional, and articulate communication style


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Driving ability is advantageous but not essential

The role will typically require a minimum of two days per week, although additional days may be required depending on shoots, projects, and business needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with photography and video shoots at home, in studios, outdoors, and at various locations


• Supporting content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube


• Assisting with planning and organising shoot days


• Helping to capture high\-quality photos and videos for social media


• Assisting with photographing clothing and other items for Vinted


• Creating and uploading Vinted listings, including descriptions and relevant information


• Organising clothing, products, and other personal brand inventory


• Assisting with packing and preparing customer orders


• Helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment


• Supporting general administrative and organisational tasks


• Helping generate creative ideas for social media content


• Assisting with maintaining a consistent content and posting schedule


• Working confidently with different people and adapting to different locations and situations


• Providing general day\-to\-day support to improve operational efficiency

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

• Excellent spoken and written English


• Strong computer skills


• Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop


• A strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok


• An active presence or familiarity with Instagram and/or TikTok


• A strong eye for detail, particularly when creating and reviewing photo and video content


• Creativity and the ability to contribute new ideas


• Excellent organisation and time\-management skills


• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively


• Confidence working with different people and in different environments


• Professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic


• The ability to remain calm and organised when working under pressure
