Your new role
As a Personal Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Glasgow, you will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders, including Directors. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and supporting wider business activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and collating materials
- Organising travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Supporting board and senior-level meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
- Preparing and proofreading documents and presentations
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Supporting office coordination and administrative processes
- Collaborating with the wider Business Support team to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and other systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within structured processes
- A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
- Salary of up to £33,000
