Looking for a role that's anything but ordinary?
I'm Reegan, a former GB/Scotland Boccia player, Radio, TV and Podcasting graduate, and someone who loves getting out and making things happen.
Whether I'm attending sporting events, interviewing people from the worlds of sport and music, heading to gigs and comedy shows, playing powerchair football, volunteering in my community or working towards my career goals, life is always busy and varied.
That's where you come in.
I'm looking for a Personal Assistant to join my team and support me to continue living independently, pursuing my ambitions and enjoying everything life has to offer.
A Little About Me
Some of the things I enjoy include:
- Gigs, comedy shows and live events Powerchair football Volunteering at Gorbals Boccia Gym sessions and hydrotherapy Catching up with friends Working on media projects and future opportunities
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same, but support may include:
- Driving me to activities, appointments and events Supporting me at meetings, interviews and community activities Helping me prepare for outings Personal care support Meal preparation Administering medication Laundry and light household tasks
Experience isn't the most important thing to me.I'm looking for someone who's happy to roll with whatever the day brings.
I'm looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable Reliable and dependable Positive and encouraging Outgoing and sociable Open\-minded and willing to learn Comfortable getting involved in a wide range of activities
No previous care experience is required. Full training will be provided.
For me, personality, enthusiasm and being the right fit matter far more than qualifications.
Hours \& Pay
- Up to 23 hours per week £14\.45 per hour
I understand that people often balance work, study, family commitments and other interests, so I'm happy to be flexible and work together to find a pattern that suits us both.
