- Drafting professional emails and routine responses
- Chasing customers, suppliers and internal team members for outstanding actions
- Preparing documents and information ahead of meetings
- Taking meeting notes and creating clear action lists
- Keeping ongoing projects organised and moving forward
- Liaising with our sales, warehouse and accounts teams
- Helping coordinate exhibitions, conferences and company events
- Carrying out research when required
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Using AI and modern technology to improve productivity and reduce administration
- Providing general executive and administrative support to the Sales Director
What we're looking for
Previous PA, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Manager or similar experience would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude and ability.
You should be:
- Exceptionally organised
- Proactive and able to use your own initiative
- Confident and professional
- Comfortable speaking to customers and suppliers
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable chasing people and getting answers
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Calm and organised in a fast\-moving environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and modern technology
- Interested in using AI tools to work more efficiently
- Commercially aware
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Keen to learn and develop
