Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to a team of social care professionals.
- Ensure the home meets all standards set by HIQA (Health Information and Quality Authority) and other relevant authorities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans and placement support plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure children’s rights are upheld and their voices are central to decision\-making processes.
- Lead regular team meetings, supervision, and performance appraisals.
- Manage staffing rosters, recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a trauma\-informed, therapeutic care model tailored to each young person’s needs.
- Liaise with social workers, families, schools, therapists, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Manage the residential home's budget and resources efficiently.
- Respond to critical incidents and ensure appropriate follow\-up and reporting procedures.

Pay: €44,616\.00\-€46,644\.00 per year
Education:
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
- Management: 4 years (required)
- English (required)
- BSC or Level 7 in Social Care or related field (required)
- Ireland (preferred)
