At Chefs Bay \- Chefs \& Kitchen Staff Agency, we've built a strong temporary staffing business supplying chefs and kitchen staff to some of the biggest names in hospitality, contract catering, stadiums and events across the UK.

The next step is permanent recruitment.

Rather than simply hiring someone to fill an existing desk, we're looking for an experienced perm recruiter with a proven track record who would be interested in helping us build and shape the division from the ground up.

You'll have:
\- Genuine permanent hospitality recruitment experience
\- A strong track record of placements and billings
\- The confidence to develop new business as well as grow existing accounts
\- Strong relationships with clients and candidates
\- The drive to take ownership of a desk and build it into something substantial

What makes the opportunity interesting is that you wouldn't be starting completely cold.
Chefs Bay already has established relationships with hospitality operators, contract caterers and major venues, an existing candidate network, access to leading hospitality job boards and a growing online platform that we're continuing to invest in.

There is a real opportunity for the right person to take ownership of permanent recruitment and build a division around that existing foundation.

The package would include:
\- Competitive basic salary, dependent on experience and track record
\- Uncapped commission with earnings of up to 40% of billings
\- Hybrid / flexible working
\- Significant autonomy over how the perm desk is developed

We're particularly interested in speaking to people who have already proven they can bill rather than someone looking to make their first move into recruitment.

This isn't about filling one vacancy. We're interested in finding someone entrepreneurial who sees the opportunity in building a desk, growing the client base and ultimately making the division their own.
