<p>Picnic is looking for an early career Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven growth. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our experienced Acquisition team and contribute to exciting projects.</p>
<h2>Tricks of the trade</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Run campaigns:</strong> Assisting in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.</li>
<li><strong>Analyze campaign performance</strong>: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.</li>
<li><strong>Close collaboration:</strong> Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.</li>
<li><strong>Learn and grow:</strong> Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your superpowers</h2>
<ul>
<li>MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent</li>
<li>1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing or mobile app user acquisition experience</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics. Excellent in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights</li>
<li>Eager to learn about Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Strong affinity in the mobile app industry</li>
<li>Professional fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the Netherlands</li>
