The Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity across both national campaigns and local franchise growth.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and optimising performance across multiple channels, working closely with both Head Office and individual franchisees.

You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing is data-driven, scalable, and delivering measurable results across the entire AIMS network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads (PPC), SEO and paid social campaigns

  • Drive lead generation performance across the AIMS network

  • Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, CPL, conversions)

  • Support and advise franchisees on local marketing strategy and activity

  • Deliver targeted campaigns at both national and local level

  • Monitor and optimise the AIMS website and digital presence

  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

  • Work across a range of channels including email, social media, and digital campaigns

  • Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Google Ads (PPC)

  • SEO

  • Campaign tracking and analytics tools

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-marketing stakeholders

  • Highly organised and proactive approach to workload

Desirable:
  • Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business model

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking

  • Experience across both B2B marketing and local marketing campaigns
