The Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity across both national campaigns and local franchise growth.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and optimising performance across multiple channels, working closely with both Head Office and individual franchisees.
You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing is data-driven, scalable, and delivering measurable results across the entire AIMS network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (PPC), SEO and paid social campaigns
- Drive lead generation performance across the AIMS network
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, CPL, conversions)
- Support and advise franchisees on local marketing strategy and activity
- Deliver targeted campaigns at both national and local level
- Monitor and optimise the AIMS website and digital presence
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
- Work across a range of channels including email, social media, and digital campaigns
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads (PPC)
- SEO
- Campaign tracking and analytics tools
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-marketing stakeholders
- Highly organised and proactive approach to workload
- Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business model
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Experience across both B2B marketing and local marketing campaigns
