Play an active role in supporting and mentoring two marketing analysts, contributing to a positive team environment and helping to keep work output high quality and outcome-focused.

Support the development of a roadmap for the measurement product, bringing ideas and solutions to the table to help tackle current limitations.

Contribute to defining best-practice processes for marketing channel optimisation across our available measurement solutions.

Take ownership of hands-on technical development within the attribution model, working in Python, dbt, and SQL to build and iterate on scalable solutions.
