We’re working with a fast-growing, ambitious business in Ramsgate that’s looking for a Performance / Growth Marketer to take full ownership of acquisition, conversion, and optimisation across the entire customer journey.

This isn’t a “post and hope” marketing role.

This is about experimentation, data, and scaling what works.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving customer acquisition across paid, organic, and digital channels


• Owning and optimising PPC, paid social, SEO, and conversion funnels


• Running A/B tests, experiments, and growth sprints


• Analysing campaign performance and turning insight into action


• Improving ROI, CAC, and LTV through smart, data-led decisions


• Collaborating with sales, product, and leadership to unlock growth opportunities


• Building scalable growth strategies, not just campaigns

• Proven experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing roles


• Strong understanding of:


• Paid media (Google Ads, Meta etc.)


• Analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, CRM data)


• Conversion optimisation


• A commercial mindset – you care about revenue, not vanity metrics


• Someone curious, experimental, and always asking: “how can we improve this?”


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up style environment

• Real ownership – you’ll have autonomy to test, learn, and scale


• Direct impact on business growth (your results will be visible)
