We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Lead to define how our marketing efforts translate into measurable impact. This is not a hands-on execution role. You will define and lead performance strategies within the broader marketing direction, guide execution, and ensure we continuously improve outcomes across regions and channels, strengthening how marketing contributes to broader business outcomes and attracts and converts high-quality talent. We’re investing in how we show up to the world, to do that effectively; we need to be sharper in how we translate strategy into measurable impact. This role is central to making that happen.
<h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO </h3>
Define performance strategy 
<ul>
<li>Translate business and hiring priorities into a clear multi-channel growth approach </li>
<li>Define how channels contribute across the funnel (awareness → conversion)</li>
<li>Define channel roles, investment logic, and optimisation frameworks</li>
<li>Bring structure to how paid and organic efforts work together </li>
</ul>
Own performance outcomes 
<ul>
<li>Define and own global performance KPIs, with accountability for both volume and quality of results </li>
<li>Turn performance data into clear decisions and priorities, identifying and scaling opportunities for improvement across channels and regions </li>
</ul>
Own execution quality (via teams and partners) 
<ul>
<li>Set direction for investment, campaign approach, and optimisation, ensuring high-quality execution across paid channels </li>
<li>Raise capability and consistency across teams through clear standards, frameworks, and best practices </li>
</ul>
Lead agencies
<ul>
<li>Set direction for media and performance partners, challenging plans and holding agencies accountable for results </li>
</ul>
Define measurement direction (with you) 
<ul>
<li>Ensure performance is measured against meaningful business outcomes, partnering on tracking, dashboards, and data quality. </li>
<li>Leverage performance insights to inform content, campaigns, and website optimisation</li>
</ul>
Drive consistency across regions
<ul>
<li>Establish performance principles and guardrails, raising the standard of performance marketing across teams and regions</li>
