You will contribute to building insight into customer needs, using this to inform service planning and support improved outcomes for customers and communities.
About you;
- Experience of designing, developing and maintaining performance management arrangements in\-line with local and national priorities
- Experience of analysing and presenting quantitative and qualitative evidence for a wide range of audiences including making recommendations for improvement
- Experience of customer feedback, involvement and evaluation techniques to inform service improvement and strategy development
- Ability to take a project\-based approach and lead others in the end\-to\-end evaluation and improvement of service processes, performance and customer experience
- Confidence to challenge constructively and work with managers to address performance issues.
- Experience of working with and leading others to deliver outcomes and priorities including providing appropriate assurance and challenge to managers outside the service
- Highly proficient in using digital tools and systems to analyse and present data, including spreadsheets, databases, and data visualisation software e.g. Power BI within a Microsoft 365 environment.
We offer a comprehensive reward package which includes flexible and hybrid working patterns and a generous holiday entitlement.
