What you’ll do:
===================

You focus on the processes that carry the employee experience: onboarding and offboarding, wellbeing, HR cycles, learning \& development, etc. You do this together with the broader People \& Office team because a strong employee experience isn't built alone. There are colleagues dedicated to office, recruitment and payroll. You know when to take initiative and when to align. That balance is what makes this role work.

A lot will be ad hoc, and this role will evolve as we go \- together. You're someone who's energised by that, not thrown off by it.

Own the employee journey

From day one to last day, you coordinate the full lifecycle with a real focus on warm onboarding and a flying start. You’ll play a role in learning and development and take full charge in the execution of our Fit \& Mind wellbeing program.

Run our HR cycles

You set up our tools, configure feedback rounds, and keep deadlines in check. Team leads and colleagues know the process will run smoothly and on time. That's down to you.

Turn data into insight

You bring together HR data from different sources, build clear dashboards, and flag what matters, whether that's an absenteeism trend or a retention signal. You own our HR calendar and make sure nothing slips.

Keep things connected

Requests and questions come from all directions: colleagues, the People \& Culture Manager, the wider organization. You know when to act independently and when to loop someone in. You communicate clearly, whether that's a quick reply or a piece of internal comms that actually lands.

What we’re looking for:

You have 3–5 years in a broad, operational HR or People role. Beyond that, here's what makes you a great fit:

  • Flexible: You adapt quickly when things shift, without losing your cool.

  • Warm \& Approachable: You're a genuine presence on the work floor. Colleagues feel comfortable coming to you because you listen well and truly connect with people, both in Dutch and in English.
