People Operations Lead (m/f/d)

As People Operations Lead \- Switzerland, you will own and deliver day\-to\-day People Operations, ensuring high\-quality, compliant support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll partner closely with the Group People Operations Manager to support the transition to a harmonised, scalable One SITS Group model while driving process improvements, HRIS optimisation, and data accuracy. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Own day\-to\-day People Operations in Switzerland as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and internal/external stakeholders


• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, documentation, leave, and offboarding


• Coordinate monthly payroll and oversee compensation, benefits, and pension administration with Finance and external partners


• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and Group standards


• Maintain accurate People data across systems such as Personio and Business Central


• Drive process improvements and system optimization (especially Personio) while aligning with the broader Group People Operations strategy

HOW TO IMPRESS US

• Proven experience in People Operations in Switzerland with strong exposure to local practices and regulations


• Hands\-on expertise in Swiss payroll preparation, employment contracts, and end\-to\-end employee lifecycle administration


• Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law, particularly in areas such as leave, terminations, working time, payroll, and compliance


• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, payroll providers, and external advisors


• Strong proficiency with HR systems (ideally Personio), including data management, reporting, and process documentation


• Detail\-oriented, solutions\-driven, and resilient professional with strong communication skills and a hands\-on approach in a fast\-paced environment


• Fluent proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal, is required
