The People Operations Adviser works in a shared services capacity and supports the People Team in Europe. This role is essential in supporting the day\-to\-day HR operations, being a primary contact point for HR queries, engaging in projects and supporting process improvements.
You'll Get To::
- First point of contact for HR related queries.
- Managing the HR Operations inbox/case management ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
- Ensure HR records, files and systems are maintained accurately and consistently.
- Prepare and administer documentation, ensure employee files are maintained.
- Deliver New Hire Orientation and manage the employee onboarding process.
- Managing a variety of duties and employee transactions within employee lifecycle.
- Payroll and general HR support.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Maintaining Standardised Operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the HR team with projects.
- 3\-5 Years' HR Operations/Shared Services experience, preferably within a fast\-paced global technology company.
- Strong understanding of EMEA regional requirements and employment laws, particularly across the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Romania, Nordics and Spain.
- Previous experience with Immigration processes.
- Ability to navigate global stakeholders and collaborate effectively across different time zones.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in one or two additional European languages is considered a strong asset.
- Requires analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations in line with policies and procedures.
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday), case management and a strong focus on data integrity.
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle with a demonstrated ability to contribute to process optimisation and service delivery improvements.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- 3\-5 Years' experience with an understanding of HR operations, employment laws and experience in employee data management.
- Previous experience with Immigration processes.
